Online Ticketing Policies


Multi-Show Discount at Box Office Window:
Should you choose to purchase tickets for additional shows in our theatre, you can bring your ticket stub to the Box Office for $7.00 discount on Adult Tickets. This offer is only available after you have purchased tickets for your first show. No refunds or adjustments can be made at the box office to the purchase price of the first show's tickets. Discount also does not apply to Special Event tickets, including the New Year's Eve show.

VIP Seats:
For most shows, VIP seating is rows 1-3. However, for Haygoods, the VIP seating is rows 1-7, and 23 in the balcony.

Family Pass:
Family Passes are available for purchase by calling our box office directly at 877-317-2604.

Cancellation Policy:
$5.00 cancellation fee will be charged per ticket. Cancellation is accepted up to 72 hours prior to showtime, except for New Year's Eve special event when cancellations are only accepted up to 7 days prior to showtime and the cancellation fee is $10.00 per ticket. All other cancellations will be non-refundable.
